Infection, "Chest" is only intended to cover all routes for all types of invasion by viruses or bacteria, fungi or parasites from the lungs. Bronchitis is just one of many ways that you can get, so if you have bronchitis, an infection of the lungs, but if you have an infection, "Chest" is bronchitis.
