I am interested in moving abroad, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, and I wanted to know what is the annual cost of lifestyle, especially in those places.

What have you heard any American who understands one month but no year. Especially not provide for a family of 4.

Prices in Spain are less than any other country. Food, buses, taxis, rent, clothing, etc. is very reasonable, but the same for treatments as well.
I do not know the setting in Egypt, but if you are able to have on employment in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates will receive a salary "package, including negotiations. Basic salary + accommodation + transport, at least.
Note that 3 children are expensive if you go to school because they can attend private schools is increasing every year, registration can go.
